      SELF-DISCOVERY THROUGH SELF-EXPRESSION

Most people don't want to express themselves until they know what they are talking about, but the simple truth is that most people won't know what they're talking about "UNTIL" they express themselves.

Here's is how and why this occurs.

Through our experiences, we accumulate a vast amount of information, but that information is like the bits and pieces of a puzzle that don't make much sense "UNTIL" we put the pieces of the puzzle together into a clear picture ostensibly so the other person can understand. But in the process, a rather remarkable phenomenon occurs. Merely through the process of trying to express ourselves, we begin to put the pieces of the puzzle together and — in the process — we start to convert "raw perception" into "refined concepts and conclusion" so that a clear picture begin to emerge in our own mind. In essence, "self-expression" is the ASSEMBLY PROCESS by which and through which we construct what we come to believe, feel, value, and understand. And the more we express ourselves, the more our conclusions become a part of our being.

OK ... sure enough — it's takes some courage to start out with a blank sheet of paper, but doing so will lead you on a path of "self-discovery" through "self-expression". It's actually a pretty simple process:

"SELF-EXPRESSION" leads to "SELF-DISCOVERY" which leads to "SELF-ACTUALIZATION"

Do yourself a favor. Use this FORUM to start the process. "Create a post" by typing out your thoughts. As you do so, your thoughts will come together. And if you don't like the results, just "edit" what you are writing until the pieces start to fall in place. With a little courage and effort, "self-discovery" results.
